Motiv8 hired RS Events & Lifestyle to project manage the recruitment and on-boarding of new event talent which involved tapping into Rachael’s network of trusted event staff contacts built over the last 20 years, as well as an advertising campaign across social media to find some fresh faces.

RS Events & Lifestyle organized venues in the Midlands and London to hold face to face interviews, introductory trainings and production of a video to promote their new in-house bank of talent.

Talent hired included Brand Ambassadors, Trainers and Presenters. Rachael continues to support Motiv8 across their automotive training events as the company continues building their award-winning team.
